For many years, we have been focusing on developing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality, high-performance special Valve.Products developed and produced at the Tokai Factory have received high praise from many customers and are widely used in plants and facilities in Japan and overseas.
As a only rupture disk manufacturer in Japan , we have been committed to domestic design and production, and have been supporting the safety of various plants and pressure vessels.
The product lineup, supported by many years of development and research such as digestion, absorption, prototyping, and improvement of domestic and overseas data, has gained a great deal of trust from our customers, with an integrated process ranging from design to manufacturing and inspection.
With equipped the cutting edge facilities, we obtained ISO9001&14001 certification and ASME UD (Sec. VIII) certification in January 2015. Aslo, Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabian Oil Company) certified us as a vendor in April 2016
We are proud of the challenging spirit and the advanced production technology that make it feasible for designers and veteran manufacturers to directly exchange opinions and actively develop even products that are not included in the catalog.
