Quality Policy
As part of our core business activities — including the design, manufacture, and sales of various vacuum valves, rupture disks (safety devices for overpressure), vacuum equipment and systems, as well as precision machinery and components — we have established a Quality Management System and set out the following Quality Policy to guide our operations.

- We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, agreements, other requirements to which we subscribe, and voluntary standards.
- We set clear quality objectives and take purposeful actions to achieve them.
- We regularly review the effectiveness and suitability of our Quality Management System and strive for continual improvement.
Scope of the Quality Management System
The Quality Management System applies to all related departments involved in the design, development, manufacturing, inspection and testing, shipping, and associated services of all products manufactured and sold by V TEX.
