Since our establishment, we have consistently developed and manufactured special-purpose valves, serving across a wide range of industories.
Our vacuum valves are used in wide range of electronics manufacturing – particularly for the production of semiconductor devices, displays (LCD/OLED panels), solar panels, and hard disk medias – and have established a strong reputation for their cleanliness and reliability.

We are also the only rupture disk manufacturer in Japan, and have built high trust with our customers.
