V TEX conducts its procurement activities based on the following policies.
Fair and Equitable Transactions
We provide fair opportunities for participation regardless of company size, nationality, or transaction history. In addition to conventional criteria such as quality, technology, price, delivery time, and management stability, we comprehensively evaluate sustainability-related factors as part of our overall business judgment — all with the goal of building lasting, trust-based relationships with our suppliers.
Human Rights
We require our suppliers to respect all human rights principles, including the elimination of forced labor, child labor, and harassment.
Occupational Safety
We ask our suppliers to recognize and comply with domestic and international laws, social norms, and industry standards, and to maintain and continuously improve working environments and occupational health and safety standards.
Promotion of Environmental Conservation
In cooperation with our suppliers, we fulfill our corporate responsibility toward environmental conservation through procurement activities by managing and reducing greenhouse gas emissions and waste, promoting efficient use of resources, and properly managing hazardous chemicals contained in manufacturing processes and products.
Corporate Ethics
We strictly comply with all national and regional procurement-related laws and regulations, work to prevent all forms of corruption such as bribery, and conduct fair transactions in accordance with social norms.
Quality and Safety
We expect suppliers, as designers and manufacturers, to ensure sufficient quality and safety throughout the entire process—from design and material procurement to manufacturing and installation—including traceability and the establishment of systems to address and resolve issues should they arise.
Prevention of Leakage of Personal and Confidential Information
Personal information and business or technical confidential information obtained through transactions must be strictly managed and not disclosed to any third party without the supplier's prior consent. We require the same level of information protection from our suppliers.
