What is a General Employer Action Plan?
Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, this plan outlines (1) the implementation period, (2) goals, and (3) specific measures to achieve those goals. It includes initiatives to foster a supportive environment that helps employees balance work and childcare responsibilities, along with measures to improve working conditions for all employees, including those without childcare responsibilities.
