Notice Concerning Change in Parent Company

We are pleased to announce that the transfer of 100% of our company’s shares, owned by our parent company Kanadevia Corporation, to KITZ Corporation has been completed, and as of June 1, 2026, we have become a wholly owned subsidiary of KITZ Corporation.

As a result of this transaction, our rights and obligations as shareholders will be transferred to KITZ Corporation. However, there will be no changes to our business operations or our service provision system to customers.
