Notice Concerning Change in Parent Company

We hereby announce that Kanadevia Corporation, our wholly parent company (where the headquarter is located at 1-7-89, Nanko-Kita, Suminoe-Ku, Osaka, Japan), has resolved at its Board of Directors today to transfer all of our outstanding share to KITZ Corporation (where the headquarter is located at 1-9-1, Higashi-Shinbashi, Minato-Ku, Tokyo, Japan),　and has entered into an agreement with KITZ Corporation for this share transfer.
